Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
1. What this site is
Shopping by Night is a free promo code and deals directory. We do not sell anything directly — when you click on an offer, we redirect you to the retailer’s website.
2. About the codes
Codes come from affiliate platforms or are added manually. We do not guarantee that all codes are active — retailers may modify or cancel them without notice. Always check the conditions on the retailer’s website.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking, at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the site free.
4. Intellectual property
All site content is protected. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For any dispute, UK courts shall have jurisdiction.
